Resumo: This article attempts to discuss the Paulo Stuart Wright's biography, considering his political activism (communism) and his religion connection (Presbyterian), at a troubled moment of the political history of Brazil: the military dictatorship. Combining reformed and communist's Christian values, Paulo Stuart Wright was considered a suspect by the Presbyterian Leadership as well as by the Brazilian military, which resulted in his dismissal from the Presbyterian Church of Brazil (PCB) and his political disappearance in 1973.
