Resumo: | Based on the Brazilian Professional Education Restructuring in the Technical Course Law (Leis de Diretrizes e Bases n. 9394/96 de 29/12/96, Decreto n. 2208 de 17/04/97, Parecer do CNE/MEC n. 19/99 de 05/10/99 e os Referencias curriculares da Educa????o Profissional de N??vel T??cnico de 2000), the technical schools have freedom to structure their own educational curriculum. This new law replaces the previous one (Parecer 45/72) which didn???t give them this facility. This work was developed to help the professional have the main bases ??? through the construction of the student???s capabilities and abilities ??? to act in his/her field according to the market requirement. Multiple Intelligence Theory from Gardner, Philippe Perrenoud???s studies on a Construction of Competence and The Restructure of the Professional Teaching based on the Brazilian Educational Legislation (LDB, Decreto n?? 2208 e Parecer do CNE/MEC n. 16/99), which brings a modern proposal to the technical Education in face of the demands of the Productive Sector, are the topics that enriched the bases of this study. The surveys reveal that schools have already started a work on qualitative and quantitative improvement, yet at the same time, they show the requirement of the expansion of the Private Sector for specific formation of the technical students, who need professional license, and investment in partnership for Technological Research ??? bigger interaction between school and fieldwork. |

Este trabalho foi desenvolvido para a melhoria da forma????o de compet??ncias do profissional da ??rea de Gest??o, com o objetivo de propor uma matriz curricular para os cursos de n??vel t??cnico possibilitando ao aluno, uma ???navega????o??? para a elabora????o do rol de disciplinas, segundo sua op????o ou necessidade profissional, baseando-se na constru????o de compet??ncias e habilidades. A base de estudo teve como eixo a teoria das ???Intelig??ncias M??ltiplas??? do estudioso Gardner, os estudos de Philippe Perrenoud sobre a constru????o de compet??ncia e a reestrutura????o do ensino profissional atrav??s da LDB, Decreto n??. 2208 Parecer do CNE/MEC n??. 16/99 e os Referencias Curriculares da Educa????o Profissional de N??vel T??cnico de 2000, que regulamentam uma proposta para a forma????o t??cnica modernizada e que atendam as exig??ncias do setor produtivo.
