The study is based on the assumption that, in educational practices, the teaching of Human Rights faces serious challenges to be worked with the students of High School. To stimulate this teaching implies not only going beyond "knowing" these Rights, but contributing to the human and critical formation of individuals, showing a society with less human indignities and more exposed to criticism, in which respect for life will be a constant perceived in a practical way in the daily life of interpersonal relations. The research problem involves the following synthesis question: why should the effectiveness of Human Rights Education in Higher Education need to have references and foundations that guide and support the educational process? Methodologically, this is an exploratory research, having as reference the teaching practice itself, in line with the references and foundations that guide and support the "Educational-Collective Praxis", developed at the State School of Elementary and Middle School Nobel Vita, located in the municipality of Coremas-PB, where the researcher exercises the attributions of professor and also researcher of the Research-Action Group "Teacher Training and Educative-Collective Praxis". The hypothesis is that educational disintegration to the objectivity of the referential and fundamental human condition of Rights and Obligations will tend to focus on competence with the students, to embrace actions markedly minimizing the violence that will still characterize the conduct of leadership that still prevails with the members of the older generations.
