Resumo: The aim of the present work is to raise and analyse issues thematized by Fernando Pessoa which are relevant to think heteronomy as an impersonal potency in artistic expression, stablishing a relationship with concepts and problems dealt with by contemporary philosophy. In addition, we intend to elaborate on an effective dialogue so as to strenghten the ties between poetry and philosophy, as well as between creation and thought. Along the five building parts of this text, the main purpose is to analyse certain aspects of specific heteronyms of Pessoa, which brings poetry close to an ontological perspective. Pessoa pursued, throughout his work, different voices that claim for diferential places for a subject which is multiple from the beginning. Thus, the pessoan writings allow not only a privileged and consistent access to the questions related to life and the relation between man and nature, but also produces a unique way of presenting thought, which questions, at once, philosophy itself and its traditional methods. Therefore, taking language as a field for difference, we can finally take the heteronomy as a living literary example of production of senses, by distancing itself from significations and enabling a link with the world that do not differentiates itself from the artistic creation.
