Portuguese abstract:In current years consumers are taking an opportunity to lengthen the life of a product reusing it. This opportunity allows homeowners to preserve future generations to live a better life. Looking for way to reach those consumers, companies start investing in recycling and reuse of waste while processes are positioned sustainably to consumers. Recyclable products have an acceptance by society, however when these products are for the use of their personal hygiene consumers seeking more information and becomes more critical. The purpose of the study is to identify how these consumers behave in relation to recycled toilet paper. A questionnaire for applying a descriptive, quantitative research with people who make the purchases of toilet paper was prepared. Through this research we found that people strive for quality paper, represented by their attributes such as softness and color. Therefore, if the recycled toilet paper reaches satisfactory levels of quality has been demonstrated that people can consume this type of product.
