Rela??o entre cren?a e a??o do professor de Educa??o F?sica de duas escolas agrot?cnicas federais e dois centros federais de educa??o tecnol?gica de Minas Gerais confrontando realidades

Resumo: This research was done at the Federal Agrotechnic School of Barbacena, Federal Agrotechnic School of Uberl?ndia, Federal Educational Technology Center of Bambui and Federal Educational Technology Center of Uberaba with seven physical education teacher s and 550 students to establish the relationship between belief and action of the physical education teachers. The instruments used to data collection basis were semi-structured interviews with the teachers, which ones reported their beliefs, the physical education annual planning requested to the teachers, demographic information questionnaire and a structured questionnaire to the students, based on interviews of the teacher s beliefs. Closing the informations collect, the physical education classes were filmed and supplementary notes were taked. The data analysis was done by the information comparison between the teachers beliefs and their actions registered through video camera. The students questionnaire, the demographic questionnaire and the annual planning served to justify the actions or the beliefs of the teachers. Results indicated that beliefs and actions were congruent in six factors from eight circumstances investigated. Therefore, the teacher s beliefs partly were associated to their actions during the physical education classes.

Therefore, the teacher s beliefs partly were associated to their actions during the physical education classes.Esta pesquisa foi realizada na Escola Agrot?cnica Federal de Barbacena, Escola Agrot?cnica Federal de Uberl?ndia, Centro Federal de Educa??o Tecnol?gica de Bambu? e Centro Federal de Educa??o Tecnol?gica de Uberaba, com sete professores de educa??o f?sica e 550 alunos, para se determinar a rela??o existente entre cren?a e a??o dos professores de educa??o f?sica. Os instrumentos utilizados para coleta de dados foram entrevistas semi-estruturadas com os professores, onde foram relacionadas suas cren?as, os planejamentos anuais de educa??o f?sica solicitados aos professores, um question?rio de informa??es demogr?ficas dos professores e um question?rio estruturado aos alunos, de acordo com as cren?as encontradas nas entrevistas dos professores. Complementando a coleta de informa??es, as aulas de educa??o f?sica foram filmadas e anota??es suplementares realizadas. A an?lise dos dados realizou-se atrav?s da compara??o de informa??es entre as cren?as das entrevistas com as imagens das aulas, que representaram as a??es do professor. Os question?rios dos alunos, os question?rios demogr?ficos e os planejamentos anuais serviram de subs?dios para justificarem as a??es ou as cren?as dos professores. Os resultados obtidos apontaram para uma cren?a relacionada com as a??es dos professores em seis fatores, dentre as oito circunst?ncias investigadas.
