The construction of unipampa university pedagogy in the first years of creation - institutional view

Resumo: This article refers to a research developed in 2015 which aimed at understanding how the university pedagogy at Universidade Federal do Pampa – UNIPAMPA was constituted in the first years of  the institute. Therefore, a descriptive research was developed focusing on qualitative method.  A unique case study. The following collection techniques were used: Observation, documentary research and interview “face to face and talking point” involving two relevant persons for the investigation, who were engaged to the management  in the analysed period. The interviewees were nominated E1 and E2. The software Nvivo was used for data analysis. During the process the content and speech analysis were performed as well as the data triangulation. The presented theoretical framework divides the university pedagogy in three categories: “institutional organization and evaluation, university education and professional teaching development.” Then, from the available conceptions and theoretical framework suggested, it was assumed that the university pedagogy is a field of the specific, transdisciplinary and complex knowledge which deals with higher education embracing teaching, teaching education and institution. Thus, it was verified if the construction of university pedagogy at UNIPAMPA corresponded with the study.  This research proved that, despite some difficulties, the Institutional management and the documents of University demonstrated that UNIPAMPA expressed concern and established its university pedagogy based on the three categories of analysis.

Para ello, se desarrolló una investigación con finalidad descriptiva y enfoque metodológico cualitativo. Un estudio de caso único. Se utilizaron las siguientes técnicas de recolección: Observación, investigación documental y entrevista “face a face y por pautas” con dos  personas relevantes para la investigación, las cuales participaron de la gestión, en el periodo analizado. Estos entrevistados fueron nominados como E1 y E2. Para el análisis de los datos se utilizó el software Nvivo. En el desarrollo del proceso se realizó el análisis de contenido, análisis de discurso y triangulación de datos. El referencial teórico presentado, divide la pedagogía universitaria en tres categorías: La “organización y la evaluación institucional, la formación universitaria y el desarrollo profesional docente”. En consecuencia, partiendo de las concepciones presentadas y referencial teórico indicado, se asumió la postura de que la pedagogía universitaria es un campo del conocimiento específico, multidisciplinario y complejo que trata de la formación a nivel superior donde está involucrada la enseñanza, la formación docente y la institución. De esta forma, se buscó verificar la construcción de la pedagogía universitaria en UNIPAMPA tenía correspondencia con el estudio establecido.
