Resumo: The lack of conceptualization is one of the factors that have recently hampered the application of law in contemporary reality, as science and as its main feature should be the actual search results. Certain, however, that the right is inserted into the humanities world, so inaccurate, but this inaccuracy is based on the characteristic of its application and not in their research and development methods. The lack of precise concepts hinders its further application and within a reality that relativizes all, it is necessary that at least the concepts are basics or founding contract and noisy. It will address a way to several different concepts in science about the object of human dignity.

It will address a way to several different concepts in science about the object of human dignity.La falta de conceptos es uno de los factores que, últimamente, han dificultado la aplicación del derecho en la realidad contemporánea, una vez que como ciencia su principal característica debe ser la búsqueda de resultados. Así que el derecho, se encuentra inserto en el mundo de las ciencias humanas, por lo tanto, inexactas, mientras tanto esa inexactitud se pauta en la característica de su aplicación, y no en sus métodos de investigación y desarrollo. Por otra parte, la falta de conceptos precisos dificulta su aplicación, y, en una realidad en la que se todo es relativo, se hace necesario que por lo menos los conceptos fundacionales o básicos sean contratos e incorporados. Abordará así, un recorrido de los conceptos en diversas ciencias acerca del objeto de la dignidad humana.A falta de conceituação é um dos fatores que ultimamente têm dificultado a aplicação do direito na realidade contemporânea, uma vez que como ciência sua principal característica deve ser a busca efetiva de resultados. Certo que o direito encontra-se inserido no mundo das ciências humanas, portanto inexatas, contudo tal inexatidão está pautada na característica de sua aplicação, e não em seus métodos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento. Por outro lado, a falta de conceitos precisos dificulta sua aplicação, e, dentro de uma realidade em que se relativiza tudo, é necessário que ao menos os conceitos básicos ou fundantes sejam contratos e soídos.
