Resumo: | This aims to show how the social programs developed by Agrovale company, from2007 to 2011 in the city of Juazeiro-BA, has contributed to the professionaldevelopment of its employees and the consequences of their actions on quality of life ofits employees and the community in which is inserted. For the preparation of theresearch, a sample was used consisting of 80 people, including employees, dependentsand community members in general. The criterion for the scope of the research was tohave been benefited by at least one of the social programs implemented by thecompany. The survey showed that the investigated company has contributed to thesocial and economic development of not only the employees, but to improve the qualityof life of the whole community that their projects benefit. |

The survey showed that the investigated company has contributed to thesocial and economic development of not only the employees, but to improve the qualityof life of the whole community that their projects benefit.Este trabalho tem por objetivo mostra como os programas sociais desenvolvidos pelaempresa AGROVALE, no período de 2007 a 2011, no município de Juazeiro-BA, temcontribuído para o desenvolvimento profissional de seus funcionários e os reflexos desuas ações na qualidade de vida de seus colaboradores e da comunidade onde encontrase inserida. Para elaboração da pesquisa, utilizou-se uma amostra composta por 80pessoas, dentre funcionários, dependentes e membros da comunidade em geral. O critérioutilizado para o escopo da pesquisa foi ter sido beneficiado por pelo menos um dosprogramas sociais aplicados pela empresa.
