Resumo: | This article aims to discuss the study of African Literature in Portuguese Language in schools as an important expression of liberating education, emphasizing reflection on the subject brazilian african descent. We seek to verify to what extent this framework, as an educational resource, helps the students to better know their own history, producing new concepts about it and becoming aware of its intervention role on social inequities. |
