Instituição da idade mínima na reforma da previdência: o fim da aposentadoria por tempo de contribuição

This academic work aimed to reach a less injurious thesis to the Brazilian workers, in comparison to the presented one by the proposed Constitutional Amendment – PCA 287/2016, regarding to the institution of the minimum age to retirement in General Management of Social Security. According to the method, this research was exploratory and qualitative. The data were collected on the proposed Constitutional Amendment and on the OECD – Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development website as a source of research, so it is classified as documental and also bibliographic, according to the theoretical foundation that leads this study. The results are presented during the research, where it was possible to verify that the Brazilian quality of life is infinitely inferior in comparison to the members of OECD and also regarding to the average of the countries evaluated by the organization in this research. It is important to highlight that the items accurated by the organization are not the used one as a basement of the thesis exposed by the proposed Constitutional Amendment 287/2016 (PCA 287), except the item minimum age. Therefore, it is possible to consider that the government proposal is too much injurious to the Brazilian worker. This way, it was concluded that it is necessary to institute a minimum age that is consistent to the Brazilian reality. Keywords: Retirement. Minimum Age. PCA 287/2016. OECD.
