Resumo: Study menus the disciplines of Fashion History offered in Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul, between 2011 and 2013. Emphasis on analytical aspects and implications in shaping the fashion creative and critical professionals. Among the different issues to be address in this study is treated on the thematic range of menus analyzed.
