Resumo: Assuming a theoretical affiliation, in these lines a process of legitimation is explained considering the expression “digital literature” as a concept, discussing then the technical issue as the heart of this legitimacy. The issue of digitality is raised based on a discursive-mediological perspective, which operates with the OM/MO methodology proposed by Régis Debray (1990; 2000). From this perspective, the description of the relationship between Materialized Organization and Organized Matter allows us to understand the systemic dynamics in which matrices of sociability (discursive institutions) produce technical objects that function as vectors of sensitivity (devices that arouse dispositions). There is no neutrality in the technique: the technosphere has always a correspondence to some psicoesphere, according to Milton Santos (1996, 2000), and the interchange between these dimensions of life produces leaks, derivations, transformations, as it is a historical process, socially organized, so politically disputed. Thus, the Atlas da Literatura Digital Brasileira (Brazilian Digital Literature Atlas) is seen as a crucial technical gesture for the epistemological and political gesture that sustains the Observatory.

Universidade Anhambi Murumbi2023-06-29info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://datjournal.anhembi.br/dat/article/view/68610.29147/datjournal.v8i2.686DAT Journal; Vol. 8 No. 2 (2023): DESIGN, ART AND TECHNOLOGY + DIGITAL LITERATURE DOSSIER; 172-184DAT Journal; Vol. 8 Núm. 2 (2023): DISEÑO, ARTE Y TECNOLOGÍA + DOSSIER LITERATURA DIGITAL; 172-184DAT Journal; v. 8 n. 2 (2023): DESIGN, ARTE E TECNOLOGIA + DOSSIÊ LITERATURA DIGITAL; 172-1842526-178910.29147/datjournal.v8i2reponame:DATJournalinstname:Universidade Anhembi Morumbi (ANHEMBI)instacron:ANHEMBIporhttps://datjournal.anhembi.br/dat/article/view/686/536Copyright (c) 2023 DAT Journalhttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSalazar Salgado, Luciana2023-06-29T20:23:16Zoai:ojs.datjournal.anhembi.br:article/686Revistahttps://datjournal.anhembi.br/datPUBhttps://datjournal.anhembi.br/dat/oai||ppgdesign@anhembi.br2526-17892526-1789opendoar:2023-06-29T20:23:16DATJournal - Universidade Anhembi Morumbi (ANHEMBI)false
