Teacher Education: Metasynthesis of Academic Production on the Distance Education Pedagogy Course

Resumo: The undergraduate course in Pedagogy is currently the most sought after course for people seeking distance education. The objective of this article is to know what has already been produced about the professional insertion of Pedagogy graduates in this course modality. To this end, we performed a meta-synthesis analysis based on the survey of publications from the CAPES dissertation and thesis database, using “pedagogy”, “DE”, “beginner” as descriptors; then, we applied the search filters for doctoral theses in the area of Education defended between the years 2016 and 2018. This time frame stems from the fact that, as of 2016, with the publication of Resolution CNE 1/2016, the rules for the national offer of distance higher education programs were defined and the procedures for opening educational centers were made more flexible. A corpus of nine works, which were read and mapped, was obtained. We then conducted a meta-synthesis of three studies. The results show that the main problems are related to the teacher training model and not to the teaching modality. Keywords: Metasynthesis. Pedagogy. E-learning. Education.

Education.O curso de Pedagogia é, atualmente, o curso mais procurado por pessoas que buscam a educação a distância. O objetivo deste artigo é conhecer o que já foi produzido sobre a inserção profissional de egressos do curso de Pedagogia nesta modalidade. Para isso, realizamos uma análise metassíntese a partir do levantamento de publicações do banco de dissertações e teses da CAPES, utilizando-se como descritores “pedagogia”, “EaD”, “iniciante”; em seguida, aplicamos os filtros de busca por teses de doutorado, da área de Educação, defendidas entre os anos de 2016 e 2018. Tal recorte temporal decorre do fato de que, a partir de 2016, com a publicação da Resolução CNE 1/2016, definiu-se as normas para a oferta nacional de cursos superiores a distância e regulamentou-se uma flexibilização dos procedimentos para abertura de polos educacionais. Obteve-se um corpus de nove trabalhos, os quais foram lidos e mapeados. Em seguida, realizamos uma metassíntesse de três pesquisas. Os resultados apontam que os principais problemas estão relacionados ao modelo de formação docente e não à  modalidade de ensino. Palavras-chave: Metassíntese. Pedagogia. EaD.
