Resumo: This work has as its main theme the relations between law and religion, delimiting itself to study them in times of fundamentalism in Brazilian society. The central question of the research can be defined as: what are the relations between law and religion in times of fundamentalism in contemporary Brazilian society? The main objective of the research is to analyze and interpret the relationship between law and religion in the fundamentalist context of contemporary Brazilian society. The thesis reached is that the relations between law and religion in fundamentalist times, in Brazil, mark a hegemonic legislative production and threaten the secular character of the State. The research has deduction as a method of reasoning, with an analytical-interpretative approach and bibliographic procedure.

La pregunta central de la investigación se puede definir como: ¿cuáles son las relaciones entre derecho y religión en tiempos de fundamentalismo en la sociedad brasileña contemporánea? El objetivo principal de la investigación es analizar e interpretar la relación entre derecho y religión en el contexto fundamentalista de la sociedad brasileña contemporánea. La tesis alcanzada es que las relaciones entre derecho y religión en tiempos fundamentalistas, en Brasil, marcan una producción legislativa hegemónica y amenazan el carácter laico del Estado. La investigación tiene como método de razonamiento la deducción, con enfoque analítico-interpretativo y procedimiento bibliográfico.Ce travail a pour thème principal les relations entre le droit et la religion, se délimitant pour les étudier à l'époque du fondamentalisme dans la société brésilienne. La question centrale de la recherche peut être définie comme suit : quelles sont les relations entre le droit et la religion à l'époque de l'intégrisme dans la société brésilienne contemporaine ? L'objectif principal de la recherche est d'analyser et d'interpréter la relation entre le droit et la religion dans le contexte fondamentaliste de la société brésilienne contemporaine. La thèse avancée est que les relations entre droit et religion à l'époque fondamentaliste, au Brésil, marquent une production législative hégémonique et menacent le caractère laïc de l'État. La recherche a la déduction comme méthode de raisonnement, avec une approche analytique-interprétative et une procédure bibliographique.Este trabalho possui como grande tema as relações entre direito e religião, delimitando-se a estuda-las em tempos de fundamentalismos na sociedade brasileira. A pergunta central da pesquisa pode ser definida como: quais as relações entre direito e religião em tempos de fundamentalismos na sociedade brasileira contemporânea? O objetivo central da pesquisa é analisar e interpretar as relações entre direito e religião no contexto fundamentalista da sociedade brasileira contemporânea.
