In such a competitive scenario, which each year becomes even more complex, keeping up-to-date on the different management and cost reduction tools and strategies is essential for the maintenance of any type of business. This scenario has become even more competitive and with aggravations due to the emergence of COVID-19, a factor that limited the operation of businesses considered "non-essential". In this chaotic scenario, the need to change and reinvent itself is essential to diversify the forms of service and maintenance of sales, regardless of the availability of being able to sell with the doors open or not. The following work will be about the implementation of an inventory management in a branch that, by nature (or tradition), has always refrained from this concern, leaving inventory control only in the “notebook” or in the owner's “skills”. Commerce sector, which has always served through the traditional sales counter since its inception, not having the habit of selling online or serving in a restricted manner. It is in this uncertain scenario that we will seek to resolve these and other inventory management problems, aiming to help the smooth progress of sales and service, as well as helping to overcome this delicate moment and structuring strategies to ensure a competitive future.
