Resumo: I start by reminding you of a story that, chances are, you already know. At the end of the movie version of The Wizard of Oz (Leroy & Fleming, 1939), Dorothy, the scarecrow, cowardly lion, and tin man stand before the wizard and make their petitions. Dorothy, of course, wants to go home. The scarecrow wants a brain, the tin man a heart, and the cowardly lion wants courage. The wizard talks to each in turn, telling them that they already have the skills and qualities that they seek.
