The present study proposes to discuss the possibility of the right to die, through the institute of death with intervention. Such a subject is delicate, because of its central object, that is, the possibility of disposing of human life. Thus, an analysis of the fundamental rights that collide will be made, not failing to allude to the principle of the dignity of the human person, as regards the possibility of disposing of human life. We will also analyze the alternatives that are proposed by doctrine and jurisprudence to remedy any conflicts between rights guaranteed by our Constitution. In order to respond to the questions proposed in the study, the main forms of death with intervention and the way in which they are disposed in the legal system will be considered, in order to consider the possibility of amending the legislation, aiming at a more satisfactory approach of the topic in question.
