O presente texto se debruça em pensar a formação humana nas relações entre educação e trabalho, em um contexto de uma sociedade capitalista. Busca-se reconhecer as tensões e incompatibilidades entre a formação dos sujeitos pautada na emancipação, cidadania e democracia ser avessa ao propósito da sociedade neoliberal que não deseja criticidade, mas sim, reprodução e execução dos interesses do mercado. Assim, objetiva-se refletir propostas de junção da face educativa com as perspectivas do trabalho. Com essa finalidade, este estudo enfoca as relações entre educação e trabalho na perspectiva dos sistemas de ensino, abordando como nesses sistemas uma série de apropriações e interlocuções produzem sujeitos e são produzidas por eles. Palavras-chave: Educação e Trabalho. Formação Humana. Sociedade. ABSTRACT  This text focuses on thinking about human formation in the relations between education and work, in a context of a capitalist society. It seeks to recognize the tensions and incompatibilities between the formation of subjects based on emancipation, citizenship and democracy, being averse to the purpose of neoliberal society that does not want criticality, but rather, reproduction and execution of market interests. Thus, the objective is to reflect proposals for joining the educational side with the perspectives of work. To this end, the study focuses on the relationship between education and work from the perspective of education systems, thus fostering a series of appropriations and interlocutions that produce and were produced by / by the subjects. Keywords: Education and Work.
