Resumo: | The global COVID-19 pandemic has rekindled an old important debate regarding: the need for vaccination to control vaccine-preventable diseases and reduce their lethality. The pediatric population, despite rarely experiencing severe forms of the disease, acts as an important vector of transmission, highlighting its relevance and need for immunization. However, due to the recent discovery of the disease, lack of dissemination of reliable information among the distrusted population, vaccine hesitancy is common. This research brings data relating to the vaccination campaign in the pediatric population in Brazil, together with information obtained through questionnaires administered in person at a basic health unit in Cascavel, Paraná, and seeks to elucidate perceptions of parents and/or legal guardians of children between 5 and 11 years old whether or not they participated in the campaign, given that, in this population, in particular, we have to, in addition to reaching the public themselves, also gain the trust of their parents and guardians. |

Specialized Dentistry Group2023-09-20info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihs/article/view/54910.36557/2674-8169.2023v5n4p2378-2392Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences ; Vol. 5 No. 4 (2023): BJIHS QUALIS B3; 2378-2392Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences ; Vol. 5 Núm. 4 (2023): BJIHS QUALIS B3; 2378-2392Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences ; v. 5 n. 4 (2023): BJIHS QUALIS B3; 2378-23922674-8169reponame:Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciencesinstname:Grupo de Odontologia Especializada (GOE)instacron:GOEporhttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihs/article/view/549/671Copyright (c) 2023 Mayla Daniella Braz Pinto, Urielly Tayna da Silva Limahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessPinto, Mayla Daniella BrazLima, Urielly Tayna da Silva2023-09-20T11:53:37Zoai:ojs.bjihs.emnuvens.com.br:article/549Revistahttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihsONGhttps://bjihs.emnuvens.com.br/bjihs/oaijournal.bjihs@periodicosbrasil.com.br2674-81692674-8169opendoar:2023-09-20T11:53:37Brazilian Journal of Implantology and Health Sciences - Grupo de Odontologia Especializada (GOE)false |
