Quantitative analysis of yellow and red cards during the course of the League of Brazilian Professional Soccer; Series A of 2008

Resumo: Has developed this study aiming to quantify and analyze in terms of time a card (yellow and red), followed by football referees during the games of the Brazilian championship of professional football in 2008. Football is characterized as a physical activity in direct contact with the enemy in the field of play that requires efforts of high intensity and great physical wear. Over the years, the average distances covered by players during a soccer game rose considerably, with it, the football referees in addition to good technical knowledge, they must be good physical condition to monitor the development of the game. These new demands have brought sports to the presence of elements and neutral bodies and agencies to promote, international arbitrators established by the performance in terms of its function and control of violence.The flexible character and interpretation of the rules in their application generates discord on the issue. Data collection was conducted through the official summaries of games where the cards are reported and that time were applied to the athletes that are filed in the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF).

El fútbol se caracteriza por ser una actividad de contacto físico con el adversario en el terreno de juego que exige esfuerzos de gran intensidad y gran desgaste físico. A lo largo de los años, la distancia promedio recorrida por los jugadores durante un partido de fútbol ha aumentado considerablemente, con esto, los árbitros de fútbol, ​​además de tener buenos conocimientos técnicos, deben presentar una buena condición física para acompañar el desarrollo del juego deportivo trajo la necesidad de la presencia de elementos e instancias neutrales y mediadoras para promover, las interdependencias establecidas por los árbitros en cuanto al desempeño de su función y el control de la violencia. El carácter flexible e interpretativo de las normas en su aplicación genera desacuerdos sobre el tema. La recolección de datos se realizó a través de los resúmenes oficiales de los juegos donde se informan las tarjetas y en qué momento se aplicaron a los atletas que se encuentran archivados en la Confederación Brasileña de Fútbol (CBF).Il presente lavoro è stato sviluppato con l'obiettivo di quantificare e analizzare in termini di tempo i cartellini (giallo e rosso), applicati dagli arbitri di calcio durante le partite del campionato brasiliano di calcio professionistico del 2008. Il calcio si caratterizza per essere un'attività di contatto fisico con l'avversario sul campo di gioco che richiede sforzi ad alta intensità e grande usura fisica. Negli anni è aumentata notevolmente la distanza media percorsa dai giocatori durante una partita di calcio, per questo gli arbitri di calcio, oltre ad avere buone conoscenze tecniche, devono presentare una buona condizione fisica per accompagnare lo sviluppo del gioco. la presenza di elementi e istanze neutrali e di mediazione per promuovere le interdipendenze stabilite dagli arbitri riguardo allo svolgimento della loro funzione e al controllo della violenza. Il carattere flessibile e interpretativo delle regole nella loro applicazione genera disaccordi sull'argomento. La raccolta dei dati è stata effettuata attraverso i riepiloghi ufficiali delle partite in cui sono riportate le tessere ea che ora sono state applicate agli atleti che vengono depositati presso la Confederazione Brasiliana di Calcio (CBF).Desenvolveu-se o presente trabalho com o objetivo de quantificar e analisar em termos de tempo os cartões (amarelos e vermelhos), aplicados pelos árbitros de futebol durante os jogos do campeonato brasileiro de futebol profissional de 2008.
