Resumo: Inserting in the field of education, this study has the aim to discuss the conceptof technology regard to the articulation with the teaching training of professional education, searching for identify professors knowledges necessary to the teacher in order to deal with the requests of the contemporary world. Therefore, we use bibliographic research, from the reading of articles and books that could be the support to deal with the concepts of technology and teaching training for the professional education on the perspective of the professors’ knowledge. To deal with these concepts, searching for articulate them it seems to be important, considering the teachers view point as simple performers of techniques do not attend anymore the social needs, requiring a professional capable of taking decisions, be collaborative, participative and critical. Thus, this study allows to infer that teachers need to build knowledge making use of technologies to build and rebuild knowledge, having as base context their experiences in articulation with other school knowledges.

Para tanto, utilizamos pesquisa bibliográfica, a partir de leituras de artigos e livros que dessem fundamentos para tratar dos conceitos de tecnologia e de formação de professores para a educação profissional, na perspectiva dos saberes docentes. Tratar desses conceitos, buscando articulá-los demonstra ser importante, dada a visão de professores como meros executores de técnicas não atende mais as demandas sociais, exigindo um profissional capaz de tomar decisões, ser colaborativo, participativo e crítico.
