THE TRANSFER OF TECHNOLOGY IN PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION: CASE STUDY OF THE CHALLENGE SENAI MAIS INDÚSTRIA PROGRAM

Resumo: | The objective of this research was to evaluate the technology transfer process between Firjan SENAI and the local industries. The methodology used was exploratory and quantitative research and documentary analysis, where a survey was made from 2016 to 2019 of projects presented by teams of students of the technical courses of Firjan SENAI units in the State of Rio de Janeiro through the SENAI Challenge Program and the number of contracts signed with companies for the transfer of technology in order to know how many effectively became products were signed with the companies that proposed their challenges of SENAI. In the period, 250 projects were registered in all and only a single technology transfer contract between a company and one of the projects presented in the program for testing the prototype on the production line. What shows problems in the line between technical school and technology transfer to the local industry. |

What shows problems in the line between technical school and technology transfer to the local industry.Este artigo analisou o processo de transferência de tecnologia entre a Firjan SENAI e as indústrias do Estado do Rio de Janeiro por meio do Programa Desafio SENAI Mais Indústria (PDSMI). A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa exploratória, bibliográfica e análise documental, onde foi feito um levantamento desde o ano de 2016 até 2019 de projetos apresentados por alunos dos cursos técnicos das unidades da Firjan SENAI, com o objetivo de saber quantos foram implementados por empresas ou formalizados como empreendimentos. Foram registrados 610 projetos, dos quais 250 foram desenvolvidos no programa.
