Resumo: | Metaphorically, the research that gave rise to this article may be considered a "zoom" among others that will compose such "photography". Methodologically, it is situated within qualitative paradigm and is characterized as a case study. The purpose of this article is to present the results of a research that sought to investigate how digital technologies are used by teachers in the Initial Formation of a degree course in Mathematics in a public university. The data were produced through a questionnaire, reported by teachers during the pedagogical week in 2015 and by a participant observation in 2014, 2015 and 2016. The results indicated that the main technologies used by the teachers are: computers, slide projectors, calculators, internet, mobile phones, videos, software and virtual learning environments. It was also found that the way in which they are being used might help the initial formation of future teachers, "breaking" with historically constructed ideas that mathematics is unique, absolute and a symbol of certainty. |
