Resumo: Abstract This is the first survey of macrofungi carried out at the Poços de Caldas Plateau, Minas Gerais, Brazil, an area of high biological importance according to the Ministry of Environment. The survey of polypores was performed monthly, from June/2018 to May/2019 in ten transects (200 m² each) distributed in fragments of the Brazilian Atlantic Forest, a montane seasonal semideciduous forest. Two orders, 8 families, 21 genera, and 23 species were identified, of which one is a new record for Brazil, Tropicoporus drechsleri, and 16 are new records for the state of Minas Gerais. A list of species is included in this study, as well as illustrations for the new records, a key for taxonomic identification, and remarks on the distribution of the recorded species. The study also includes annotations about substrate, taxonomy discussion, and a full description of the new record for the country.
