FACTORS THAT INTERFERE IN THE SUCCESS OF ASSISTED HUMAN REPRODUCTION AND THE NURSE’S INVOLVEMENTO IN THE PROCESS

Resumo: Objective: To identify female and male factors that interfere with the success oh the human relationship and nurses’s involvement in the process. Methodology: this is an integrative review of the most recente literature on the subject. Through the survey of articles in the LILACS and SCIELO. Results: 14 articles were selected that best fit the work proposal. Theses were separated and organized into a category where the several knowledge about the proposed theme was consolidated, interconnecting them punctually in order to understand the changes found by diferente authors. Conclusion: when analzing the studies, it was evidenced that the failure in the treatment of assisted human reprduction can be assiciated wish factors such as age, endometrial thickness, sperm quality, among others. As for nursing practice, it is possible to confim that it is of great importasse. However, there is a need for the team to look further improvement.

Objetivo: identificar fatores femininos e masculinos que interferem no sucesso da reprodução humana e o envolvimento do enfermeiro no processo. Metodologia: trata- se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura mais recente acerca do tema. Através do levantamento de artigos nas bases de dados LILACS e SCIELO. Resultados: foram selecionados 14 artigos que mais se adequam a proposta do trabalho. Esse foram separados e organizados em categoria onde foi consolidado os diversos conhecimentos a respeito do tema proposto, interligando-os pontualmente afim de compreender as alterações encontradas pelos diferentes autores. Conclusão: Ao analisar os estudos, foram evidenciados que o insucesso no tratamento de reprodução humana assistida pode associar-se a fatores como: idade, espessura de endométrio, qualidade espermática, entre outros. Quanto a atuação da enfermagem é possível confirmar que a mesma é de grande importância. Porém, destaca-se a necessidade que a equipe busque por mais aperfeiçoamento.
