THE IMPORTANCE OF HUMANIZED CARE OF THE NURSING TEAM IN THE CARE OF TRANS PATIENTS

Resumo: Objective: To report the benefits of the humanized care provided by the nursing staff to transgender people in health services. Method: This is an integrative literature review, carried out and consulted in the following electronic databases: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO); VHL; Academic Google. Results: In view of the review of the selected articles, it was understood that there are still several discriminations against trans patients when they are received in health services by the nursing team. Conclusion: Trans people have many specific demands that need to be respected and accepted by health professionals, more precisely the nursing team, given that it is necessary for nursing to have a breach of the standardized and heteronormative view that professionals have.

Método: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada e consultada nas seguintes bases eletrônicas: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO); BVS; Google Acadêmico. Resultados: Diante da revisão dos artigos selecionados, foi-se entendido que ainda existem várias discriminações ao paciente trans ao ser recebido nos serviços de saúde pela equipe de enfermagem.
