Resumo: Introduction: The nurse as a manager in Primary Care, carries out numerous attribution,among them that of advisor, since the nurse as a manager should look for encouraged and educational action. Objective: To analyze the role on nurses in guiding the aging of the elderly in primary care. Materials an methods: it is an integrative litrature review in the virtual databases: Latin AmericanLatin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO), Google Scholar and government websites Results: 8 articles were selected published between 2010 and 2020, coping factors were analyzed and identified in guiding the aging process for both the elderly and the nurse Conclusion: the nurse as an advisor faces difficulties throughout his professional journey due to the lack of some resources, the nurses as counselors face difficulties throughout their professional journey due to some complications in the implementation of actions to guide the aging process, requiring expansion in solving the problems presented.`

Objetivo: analizar el papel de las enfermeras en la orientación del envejecimiento de los ancianos en la atención primaria. Materiales y métodos: es una revisión de literatura integradora en las bases de datos virtuales: Literatura Latinoamericana y del Caribe en Ciencias de la Salud (LILACS), Biblioteca Científica Eletrónica en línea (SCIELO), Google Scholar y sitios web gubernamentales Resultados: Se seleccionaron 8 artículos publicado entre 2010 y 2020, se analizaron e identificaron factores de afrontamiento para guiar el proceso de envejecimiento tanto para los ancianos como para la enfermera Conclusión: la enfermera como asesor enfrenta dificultades a lo largo de su trayectoria profesional debido a la falta de algunos recursos, el Las enfermeras como consejeras enfrentan dificultades a lo largo de su trayectoria profesional debido a algunas complicaciones en la implementación de acciones para guiar el proceso de envejecimiento, lo que requiere expansión en la solución de los problemas presentados.Introdução: O enfermeiro como gestor na Atenção Básica, exerce inúmeras atribuições, entre elas a de orientador, pois o enfermeiro como gestor devera buscar ações encorajadas e educacionais. Objetivo: Analisar o papel do enfermeiro na orientação sobre o envelhecimento do idoso na atenção básica.
