Resumo: This study aims at analyzing and comparing the continued education of teachers of the Children???s Education Centers (old day cares) from the direct and partner public schools (indirect and affiliated) from Sao Paulo City Hall, based on the fact that there is an inequality scenario concerning the continued education of teachers from the partner schools (indirect and affiliated) provided by the County Secretary of Education. The study main objective is to analyze such education among the public schools through informative material from the Regional Board of Campo Limpo , which contributed to this survey. The methodology used is qualitative analyzing official documents such as Decrees, Administrative Rules, and Normative Guidance, Laws and Resolutions and bibliographic material. This study is founded in the following authors: Nov??a(2009), Carlos Marcelo Garcia(1995), Ma??es (2006), Saviani(2009), Maria Malta (1999).

El concepto de red directa es cuando el servicio prestado a la poblaci??n es realizado en equipamiento propio municipal o alquilado por ella. Su administraci??n es hecha por la Secretar??a Municipal de Educaci??n y el equipo de gesti??n y de profesores es concursada. La red socia es administrada por una entidad que utiliza el inmueble de la propia alcald??a, o alquilado por ella, y el equipo escolar y los profesores son contratados por r??gimen de CLT. La red asociada privada (antigua convenida) es administrada por una entidad y el inmueble es propio o locado por la organizaci??n, y tambi??n su equipo escolar y los profesores son contratados por r??gimen de CLT. Con la premisa de que hay un escenario de desigualdad en la formaci??n continuada de las profesoras de la red asociada, proporcionado por la Secretaria Municipal de Educaci??n, est?? investigando con el objetivo principal analizar esa formaci??n entre las redes por medio de las circulares informativas de la Direcci??n Regional del Campo Limpo, del municipio de S??o Paulo, que contribuyeron a ese levantamiento. La metodolog??a ser?? cualitativa con an??lisis de documentos oficiales como Decretos, Portarias, Directrices Normativas, Leyes y Resoluciones y levantamientos bibliogr??ficos. La investigaci??n se bas?? en los siguientes autores: Nov??a (2009), Carlos Marcelo Garc??a (1995), Ma??es (2006), Saviani (2009) y Maria Malta (1999).Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo de analisar e comparar as caracter??sticas da forma????o continuada de professores da rede parceira de Educa????o Infantil da Prefeitura do Munic??pio de S??o Paulo, considerando as modalidades de institui????es oferecidas: rede direta e parceira (conveniada/indireta). O conceito de rede direta ?? quando o servi??o prestado ?? popula????o ?? realizado em equipamento pr??prio municipal ou locado por ela. A sua administra????o ?? feita pela Secretaria Municipal de Educa????o e a equipe de gest??o e de professores ?? concursada.
