This article originated from the research entitled Ancestrality, Pan-Africanism and Afro-Brazilianity subsidized by the Foundation for Support to Research and Innovation of Espírito Santo - Fapes. Th e ancestry that feeds us appears at the base of languages (novel, short story, poetry, proverb) and artistic expressions of African matrix. Th e preexisting is a recurring character in contemporary narratives of Afro-brazilianness, butit also manifests itself in other ways as this feeling and being in this harmony is shown in the rhythms, foods and religiosities worshiped by the black community. In this sense, the aim of this study is to guide modalities of discursivities that pass through the plane of collective territoriality exposed in the forms enunciatives shaped in writing whose philosophy of sustainability of this way of being in the world is of bantu origin.
