Resumo: Starting from an educational focus based on the notion of a person constituted in their interpersonal relationships, the article brings a brief reflection on the motivation in Additional Language learning projects in the online modality. Considering that a group of participants in an online course is made up of people, the reflection addresses some aspects of human motivation that drive them to get involved in a project and collaborate effectively in the creation of a final product corresponding to a discursive genre characteristic of interactions virtual social. For this, we take the example of one of the editions of the CEPI Spanish/Portuguese Course, in which the participants developed a project to organize a face-to-face meeting, creating the corresponding event in the social network used during the course. The reflection establishes a relationship between the actions carried out by the participants with a view to a shared purpose and which affect the meeting, understood philosophically as a relational phenomenon. The result points out that projects whose unifying element is the encounter are motivating because the human being himself is moved to projects and developed through experiences that depend on creativity and collaboration, a process that focuses on the formation of active subjects in society and capable people. to intensify their social relationships. The resulting considerations may contribute to making teachers or project managers aware of the human aspects that enhance motivation, in order to inspire creative and collaborative proposals that multiply the opportunities for expanding the use of the Additional Language in genuine contexts of learning in the online modality.

Considerando que un grupo de participantes en un curso en línea está conformado por personas, la reflexión aborda algunos aspectos de la motivación humana que los impulsa a involucrarse en un proyecto y colaborar de manera efectiva en la creación de un producto final correspondiente a un género discursivo característico de interacciones sociales virtuales. Para ello, se toma como ejemplo una de las ediciones del Curso CEPI Español/Portugués, en la que los participantes desarrollaron un proyecto de organización de un encuentro presencial, creando el evento correspondiente en la red social utilizada durante el curso. La reflexión establece una relación entre las acciones realizadas por los participantes con miras a un propósito común y que inciden en el encuentro, entendido filosóficamente como un fenómeno relacional. El resultado apunta que los proyectos cuyo elemento unificador es el encuentro son motivadores porque el propio ser humano es movido a proyectos y se desarrolla a través de experiencias que dependen de la creatividad y la colaboración, proceso que se enfoca en la formación de sujetos activos en la sociedad y personas capaces de intensificar sus relaciones sociales. Las consideraciones resultantes pueden contribuir a sensibilizar a los docentes o gestores de proyectos sobre los aspectos humanos que potencian la motivación, inspirando propuestas creativas y colaborativas que multipliquen las oportunidades de ampliar el uso de la Lengua Adicional en contextos genuinos de aprendizaje en la modalidad en línea.Partindo de um enfoque educacional baseado na noção de pessoa constituída em suas relações interpessoais, o artigo traz uma breve reflexão sobre a motivação em projetos de aprendizagem de Línguas Adicionais na modalidade online. Considerando que um grupo de participantes de um curso online é formado por pessoas, a reflexão aborda alguns aspectos da motivação humana que as impulsionam a envolver-se em um projeto e colaborar efetivamente na criação de um produto final correspondente a um gênero discursivo característico das interações sociais virtuais. Para isso, toma-se o exemplo de uma das edições do Curso de Espanhol/Português CEPI, em que os participantes desenvolveram um projeto de organização de um encontro presencial, criando o evento correspondente na rede social utilizada durante o curso. A reflexão estabelece uma relação entre as ações realizadas pelos participantes tendo em vista um propósito compartilhado e que incidem no encontro, entendido filosoficamente como fenômeno relacional. O resultado aponta a que projetos cujo elemento unificador é o encontro são motivadores porque o próprio ser humano é movido a projetos e desenvolvido através de experiências que dependem da criatividade e da colaboração, um processo que incide na formação de sujeitos ativos na sociedade e pessoas capazes de intensificar suas relações sociais.
