Resumo: The territory of Palestine had always been a very disputed place among nations, generating wars and conflicts for the most part. When it comes to the city of Jerusalem the dispute is even greater, since the place is considered sacred to various religions. In addition the good location of this State also contributed to draw the attention of the diverse empires that dominated it. The creation of the State of Israel in 1948 further fomented the conflicts in the region. This final paper is an analysis of the International Acts on the Arab-Israeli issue, also containing a brief historical account of the issue, to better situate, and to approach the reality of this conflict
