A espiritualidade e sua influência na ação educativa: em prol de uma cultura de paz

Resumo: This research aims to understand how the spiritual dimension expresses itself in the teacher practice and interferes on his/her educational actions with a 3 year old group of children. It considers that the act of educating consists of a transformation and exchanging process involving the one who learns and the one who teaches. The theoretical and philosophical referential includes the thoughts of Edith Stein and Rudolf Steiner to comprehend the spiritual experiences of the educator connected to the intellect and the will, and to identify in the student the potential that will be awaken or not by external influences. The research indicates that the teachers´ posture even in a non intentional way affects the group development. It also shows the importance of the teachers´ reflection to search for coherence between the action and spiritual dimension and to indulge a positive tune among the group as a whole. It was found that the well being of the educator favors the construction of a peace culture

Considera que o ato de educar consiste em um processo de transformação e troca envolvendo aquele que aprende e aquela que ensina. O referencial teórico-filosófico utilizado contempla o pensamento de Edith Stein e Rudolf Steiner ao entender a vivencia espiritual da educadora ligada ao intelecto e a vontade e ao identificar no aluno potencial intrinseco que será despertado pelas influencias externas ou não. A pesquisa indica que a postura da professora ainda que de forma não intencional afeta o desenvolvimento do grupo. Mostra ainda a importancia da reflexão docente – ao buscar uma coerencia entre ação e dimensão Espiritual - favorece uma sintonia positiva entre o grupo como um todo.
