This study addresses the proposal for design and implementation of the Pedagogic Political Project (PPP) for Community Center, using the method literature searches, in order to be relevant dialogue between the objectives of the study institution, service users and the community, making effective so pedagogical practices for motivated professionals and prepared for the dynamics of everyday life and have clarity of Their educational role. The Community Centers for Social Assistance, the Legion of Good Will - LBV that were objects of study, are spaces in your pedagogical proposal take into account the livings of users of this service. And to think these spaces you need to be aware that children, adolescents and young people, referring in this study need to express themselves, show what they feel, say what you think about the world around them, and for us to promote these dialogue spaces we propose the construction of Pedagogical Policy Project, with its intentions, objectives and targets directed the transformation of the organization of experience of work in times of planning which will be put in place to give effect to the objectives of the Living Service and Strengthening Linkages. PPP as an instrument of democracy and participation legitimizes the actions to achieve the desired results in the service proposal
