The present study comprises an analysis of the regime of provisional guardianships in arbitration proceedings. To this end, a comprehensive view of the Arbitral Tribunals will be developed, taking into account its historical evolution, its principles, and main legal concepts that reveal its structure. A greater understanding will be developed in the understanding of the limits of the powers of the arbitrators in relation to the judges in charge, as well as of the relation between these figures. Next, the provisional guardianships will be approached in their historical evolution and their concepts, encompassing the recent changes in the legislation, in order to seek the full understanding of their role and their application in the modern Arbitral Courts. Throughout the study, special attention will be given to the cooperation relationship between Arbitration and the Judiciary in the country, never forgetting the recent reform of Law 9.307 / 96, as well as the new institute of arbitration letters, since all these issues are essential for the understanding of the provisional tutelages and their evolution and compliance in the arbitral judgment
