Programação de ensino para formular objetivos educacionais: estudo piloto

The formulation of objectives is an essential task of the teacher, as it directs their work with students in a classroom. With a view to contributing to research on new teaching methodologies for teacher training, in this study, an educational programme for formulating educational objectives was prepared and evaluated, using the contributions of Behaviour Analysis. The participants were 15 students from the 1st year of the pedagogy degree from a college in the city of São Paulo. Each participant had access to the education programme through a link to a website during a 20 day period, the estimated time to complete the proposed activities of the teaching programme. For the programming of exercises, different text excerpts from different authors were used, relating to the concepts of education, the role of the teacher, planning and the formulation of educational goals. In the analysis of the results, a comparison of the pre-test data and post-test data was made, and even with performance data during the course of teaching programme. The results showed that there was an improvement in performance in relation to the planning and the formulation of objectives; however, they did not indicate the expected level of performance. It was found that the texts related to education and the role of the teacher did not provide new information to participants. On the other hand, the need for a greater number of exercises was verified. Finally, drafting suggestions to be carried out are presented, which will be evaluated in further studies
