Resumo: The fiscal and economic incentives can be effective tools in protecting the environment, where the state through public policies can implement environmental protection, rewarding cities and businesses that consume fewer natural resources, burdening those otherwise pollute and degrade greatly nature. This is a relevant topic in the news, due to the impact that industrialization has caused to the planet, looking for, this way, to implement the principle which is engraved in art. 225 of the current Constitution, the right to an ecologically balanced environment, and it is up to us all the preservation and protection for present and future generations
