Um olhar sociodramático na gestão de pessoas: experiência com equipes assistenciais do Programa de Saúde da Família em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde da cidade de São Paulo

This paper aims to describe the contributions of a sociodramatic intervention in relational development of work teams and discussing the advisability of such methodology in managing health professionals of “Family Health Strategy” in a public basic care service on the city of São Paulo, Brazil. By reflecting on the difficulties and impasses reached in the construction of the "Health Unified System" (SUS) by this city over the last decade, specially regarding to primary care, we can realize the need of trained and qualified professionals, prepared to face this challenge, whether in the management, whether in the exercise of each one of the professional roles in direct assistance. Besides, in the field of personnel management, one can easily see the need of a dynamic, consistent and able management, an actively interacting link among multidisciplinary work teams, as the key element to face integration, interaction and everyday struggles with the community's demands. The data shown here came from an intervention in this complex interface, and was collected during seven meetings with PSF teams of this unit, two of them lasting for two hours with each one of three groups, and a final seven hours rendezvous with all of them together, which happened with the regular year activities planning reunion. The technic and methodologic use of sociodramatic proceedings enabled these teams to deal with those situations so common in their daily work, by promoting exchange of experiences, reflection and explanation of moral values, fears, doubts, angers, anxieties and blockades in mutual interaction and development of their professional practice. The directed activities performed during the sessions created a learning and cooperative space in which every one could recall stressful situations of daily work share then in group and mutually retrieve them in psychodramatic scene. The creative and expressive potential of participants flourished and they even tried to stage different alternatives and solutions to each situation in a relaxed and playful environment. To me this experience also included an opportunity to unveil and understand the relationship between my two professional roles, the social assistant, public officer and manager of a health service on one side and the training sociodramatic director on the other. It was found then that Sociodramatic language, methods and structure form a set of tools capable of solving the dynamic tensions and conflicts in basic care working groups, promoting group cohesion and creating a space where interaction is the base to establish moments of flourish spontaneity and creativity, rare on the usually so barren and sterile environment of a health facility. Furthermore, by using this approach, we also contributed to the development and implementation of more effective planning of next year activities in that service
