Resumo: | The following monograph project's main goal as endomaketing strategies influence any employee's profile and consequently the corporate climate. In this sense, the challenge is to develop ideas and innovations that are in line with the postmodern environment in which we live today. It is of utmost importance for the perception of change, the fog to the cliché and predictable marketing behavior, so that the environment is constantly changing and requires a different dynamic, as well as a performance of the human being and a propagation time information real. If management knows how to use all the tools of a corporate marketing, good internal communication and know how to deal with emotions and a good climate research, has achieved satisfactory results. As people are driven by emotion. If treated with affection, spread affection. For a company with a recognized brand and increasingly have value, it must win its first customer is the internal public, known as a collaborator. Nesse sentido, o grande desafio está no desenvolvimento de ideias e inovações que estejam em alinhadas com o ambiente pós-moderno do qual vivemos hoje. É de extrema importância entender a percepção desta mudança, que foge ao comportamento cliché e previsível do marketing, já que o ambiente está em constante mutação e exige uma dinâmica diferenciada, assim como a performance do ser humano e a propagação de informações em tempo real. Se a gestão souber utilizar todas as ferramentas a favor do marketing corporativo, uma boa comunicação interna e souber lidar com emoções e uma boa pesquisa de clima, conseguirá atingir resultados satisfatórios. As pessoas são movidas pela emoção. Se tratadas com afeto, propagam afeto. Para que a empresa seja uma marca reconhecida e possua cada vez mais valor, ela precisa conquistar o seu primeiro cliente que é o público interno, conhecido como colaborador. A partir daí, de dentro para fora, que a marca ganha mais visibilidade. Quando os colaboradores estão de bem com a companhia, propagam isso com facilidade, ganham motivação para realizar suas funções e consequentemente influenciam no Brand Equity da marca, gerando mais valor e melhores resultados.
