Resumo: This paper presents the development of an educational proposal on the teaching of social change in relation to legal sciences, from a STS approach; from food. For this, a theoretical analysis of the STS approach in legal sciences was carried out, emphasizing food safety. The educational proposal was made from the expository account of a real research experience, followed by a discussion exercise on the relationship between social change and Foodborne Diseases (FD). The evaluation was carried out through variables that related the theme, finding favorable results. Likewise, special interest has been found among university students regarding the need to link research practices in this area and the effective exercise of fundamental rights. The proposal presented, together with the theoretical analysis carried out, allows us to consolidate the little-known field of the implementation of the STS approach in Social Sciences subjects.

Para ello, se llevó a cabo un análisis teórico del enfoque CTS en las ciencias jurídicas enfatizando en la seguridad alimentaria. La propuesta educativa se realizó a partir del relato expositivo de una experiencia real de investigación, seguido de un ejercicio de discusión sobre la relación entre el cambio social y las Enfermedades Transmitidas por Alimentos (ETA). La evaluación se realizó mediante variables que relacionaban la temática, encontrando resultados favorables. Asimismo, se ha hallado especial interés en el estudiantado universitario sobre la necesidad de vincular las prácticas de investigación en esta materia y el ejercicio efectivo de derechos fundamentales. La propuesta presentada, junto con el análisis teórico realizado, permite afianzar el campo poco conocido de la implementación del enfoque CTS en asignaturas de Ciencias Sociales.Este artigo apresenta o desenvolvimento de uma proposta educacional sobre o ensino da mudança social em relação às ciências jurídicas, a partir de uma abordagem CTS; de comida. Para isso, foi realizada uma análise teórica da abordagem CTS nas ciências jurídicas, com ênfase na segurança alimentar. A proposta educativa foi feita a partir do relato expositivo de uma experiência real de pesquisa, seguida de um exercício de discussão sobre a relação entre mudança social e Doenças Transmitidas por Alimentos (ETA). A avaliação foi realizada por meio de variáveis que relacionavam o tema, encontrando resultados favoráveis. Da mesma forma, tem havido especial interesse entre os universitários quanto à necessidade de vincular as práticas de pesquisa nesta área e o exercício efetivo dos direitos fundamentais.
