Resumo: The R&D Center Global Health and Tropical Medicine (GHTM), Instituto de Higiene e Medicina Tropical, Universidade NOVA de Lisboa organized the “First GHTM Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Day” on 15th November 2017, dedicated to drug resistance. This first meeting, with seven presentations from members, national and international collaborators of the Center, launched the basis for the discussion of this topic within GHTM/IHMT.
