Resumo: The Professional Internship (EP) is included as a curricular unit of the 2nd cycle of studies of the Master in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education (MPETBSE), from the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto (FSUP). main objective, to place the intern student (EE) in a real context of teaching practice, ending with the completion of an Internship Report, this document in question. My PI took place at the cooperating school (CS) Escola Basica e Secundária Rodrigues de Freitas. I worked together with the internship core (IC), consisting of me, two SI, a cooperating teacher (CT) and a mentor teacher (MT), seeking to develop my skills as a teacher. The internship report is presented as a reflective document regarding my first experience as an intern teacher. Where I describe my experiences, experiences and strategies used in order to respond to the challenges that were presented to me during the teaching practice. Firstly, I present my difficulties in teaching, time management problems and students, correctly giving feedback and adapting to the reality of teaching. At a later stage, I present my difficulties, while I adapt to a new reality of teaching non-presential classes. Throughout the process, I try to reflect on the importance of Physical Education (PE), mentioning its specificity and difficulties. In closing, a chapter dedicated to what awaits me in the future and making a final reflection on the PI.
