Resumo: The banking sector is under pressure from digitalization due to changing consumer needs. The new fintech players are managing to gain their space within a sector dominated until now only by traditional banks. Thanks to their level of digitalization, fintech companies have managed to arouse interest and at the same time arouse fear among the big players in the banking sector, thus, the need to understand how these digital actors can be so successful with their innovative products and services.
