Resumo: To comprehend if Ajuda de Mãe is well-structured and efficiently organized in order to reach its mission, a diagnosis was conducted. It consisted firstly of the impact on the mothers, using the Theory of Change, interviews and a survey, then analysing the beneficiaries’ journey within the organization and finally the organizational structure with an organogram investigation, interviews and another survey with employees. As a result, main areas of improvement were diagnosed, regarding the reintegration of mothers in the labor market, improvement of the contact channels available, besides a restructuring of the organogram, including also alternatives to empower middle managers.
