This work is a continuation of a previous PhD thesis. This thesis uses the CRUDi framework to identify the Information Systems importance in a company. The framework was already applied in the banking, insurance and telecommunication industries using the APQC business process framework. Our study presents the application of the CRUDi framework in the Portuguese telecommunication industry, using a business process framework designed for this industry (eTOM).
