Analysis of Production Management Indicators in corporate and commercial works

Resumo: The role of the Production and Planning Control (PCP) system is to provide information and models for efficient resource management, focusing on strategies for improving productivity and generating value through competitive priorities such as cost, quality, flexibility, executive sequence and safety. One of the most important tools of the PCP is the Last Planner System (LPS) commonly used in manufacturing industries to verify performance (performance indicators), in order to maintain continuous control of the project's planning and production. The System uses planning indicators, such as Deviation of Rhythm (DR), which identifies possible delays in activities in relation to what was planned and performance indicators to control results, and the most used performance indicators are Deviation from Cost (DC) and Term Deviation (DP). The present study analyzes the correlations between the planning indicators, DR and the performance indicators, DP and DC, in eight works, two of which are for corporate use in their complete cycle of 22 and 21 months and six of paving and earthwork in the first 12 months of execution. Statistical analyzes of correlation, simple and multiple linear regression were carried out, in order to obtain statistical proof of the relationship between variables and practical equations between the indicators. It was found that there is a correlation between the variables involved and the influence that each indicator has on the behavior of the other was verified, being able to prove that the term is very influenced by the pace. In the regression tests, the most significant results were found in the equations where all variables were manifested. It is concluded that the values obtained in the regression tests suggest that other variables, in addition to the DR, not considered in this analysis, should influence the values of the performance indicators DC and DP. Deviation of Rhythm.O papel do sistema de Planejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP) é fornecer informações e modelos para gestão eficiente dos recursos, focando nas estratégias para melhoria da produtividade e gerando valor através das prioridades competitivas como custo, qualidade, flexibilidade, sequência executiva e segurança. Uma das ferramentas mais importantes do PCP é o Last Planner System (LPS) comumente utilizado nas indústrias manufatureiras para verificar o desempenho (indicadores de desempenho), a fim de manter o controle continuo do planejamento e da produção do empreendimento. O Sistema utiliza-se de indicadores de planejamento, tais como, o Desvio de Ritmo (DR), que identifica possíveis atrasos das atividades com relação ao planejado e de indicadores de desempenho para controlar resultados e os indicadores de desempenho mais utilizados são o Desvio de Custo (DC) e o Desvio de Prazo (DP). O presente estudo analisa as correlações entre os indicadores de planejamento, DR e os indicadores de desempenho, DP e DC, em oito obras, sendo duas de empreendimentos para uso corporativo em seu ciclo completo de 22 e 21 meses e seis de obras de pavimentação e terraplenagem nos primeiros 12 meses da execução. Foram realizadas análises estatísticas de correlação, regressão linear simples e múltipla, a fim de se obter a comprovação estatística da relação entre as variáveis e equações práticas entre os indicadores. Constatou-se que há correlação entre as variáveis envolvidas e verificou-se a influência que cada indicador exerce no comportamento do outro, podendo comprovar que o prazo é muito influenciado pelo ritmo. Nos testes de regressão os resultados mais significativos foram encontrados nas equações onde se manifestavam todas as variáveis.
