The purpose of this study is to characterize the perception of organizational culture, and the scores of well-being and job satisfaction in employees of the organization under study. We also aim to analyze the relationship between the perception of organizational culture, well-being and job satisfaction, as well as the role of perception of organizational culture as a predictor of well-being and job satisfaction. A questionnaire was applied to employees of a public company (N = 83), consisting of FOCUS, the IWP Multi-Affect Indicator and a Scale of Overall Job Satisfaction. The results suggest the existence of significant positive correlations between the perception of a culture of support, rules, objectives and innovation, and employee wellbeing and satisfaction. Finally, we point out the implications of these results, including the potential positive impact on the levels of well-being and job satisfaction through a greater commitment to an organizational culture of support. |
