Resumo: This paper intends to study the impact of Kant's philosophy on Hölderlin's poetological writings devoted to Sophocles' tragedies Oedipus and Antigone, Anmerkungen zum Oedipus and Anmerkungen zur Antigone. The treatment of Hölderlin's chief concepts, such as Gottes Fehl and kategorische Umkehr, which forms the heart of this paper, is developed according to the Kantian philosophical framework. We propose interpreting the specificity of Hölderlin's reading of Kant, especially its non-reconciliatory and non-monist character, and differentiate it from the subsequent philosophy of German Idealism (namely Hegel and Schelling). The analysis of "Hölderlin et Sophocle" by Jean Beaufret, and "Métaphrasis" by Philippe Lacoue-Labarthe is our starting point.
