Resumo: The elaboration of this Internship Report was carried out as a follow up to the Professional Internship, within the first year of schooling of the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto, as part of the 2nd year of the Master of Teaching Physics and Basic and Secondary Education. This stage is as the last stage of the student's formation, the knowledge they acquire previously are put to test in a real context. This report intends to expose the whole course taken during this year of internship, my experiences and the reflexions that came with it. This supervised teaching practice took place at the Ermesinde Secondary School, where I was part of a nucleus of internship compound of three Trainee Teachers. In this school I taught a class of the 11th grade and also one of the 6th grade, this last one was taught by the all nucleus. This Internship Report is divided into 6 major parts: Introduction, Its objective is to frame and contextualize the internship; Personal Background, where you find a little about my personal and academic course and about my expectations regarding the internship; Teaching practice framework, in this chapter i talk about the school, the internship nucleus, my students, cooperating teacher, teacher advisor and about Physical Education discipline; Achievement of the professional practice, the present is already taken into account my experiences, problems and doubts in this year of internship, it's composed by the teaching conception, all the planning I had to do this year, the theoretical and practical fields in teaching, practice, which talks about difficulties i struggled over the year and strategies that were used to overcome them. Reflection, and my participation in the school and in the community; The fifth major part of this report is the Study, which aims to make a comparison of school performance among students who practice physical activity and those who do not practice; Finally, the last part in this internship report is the Conclusions, it is a space for reflection on the importance of the whole set of events that occur throughout the year
