Musealized archeological collections and management in MAnA-UFU: possibilities of interpretations, appropriations, resignifications, in dialogue with the histories, identities, alterities and regional Indigenous ethnicities

Resumo: Archaeological collections resulting from the rescues carried out in the 1980s-1990s in the Araguari River basin, Minas Gerais, constitute a significant collection that has not received adequate treatment and destination. However, a remarkable collective effort has been allowing some reflections about the transdisciplinary work for the constitution of MAnA-UFU. In this article, to illustrate this effort, the exercise will be, on the one hand, to compare part of this material with documentary sources; and, on the other hand, to indicate the possible dialogues and appropriations of musealized collections by the current indigenous populations. If successful, this attempt will open up possibilities for research, management, and storage of this collection from the perspective of dialogues, in a movement that generates elements and feelings of belonging.

Un gran esfuerzo colectivo está permitiendo, sin embargo, la realización de algunas reflexiones de esta colección en relación con un trabajo transdisciplinario para la constitución del MAnA-UFU. Para ilustrar ese esfuerzo, en este artículo el ejercicio será de, por un lado, comparar parte de ese material con fuentes documentales; y, por otro, señalar los posibles diálogos y apropiaciones de colecciones musealizadas por las poblaciones indígenas actuales. Si este intento tiene éxito, abrirá posibilidades de investigación, gestión y custodia de este acervo en la perspectiva de los diálogos, en un movimiento que genera elementos y sentimientos de pertenencia.Acervos arqueológicos resultantes dos resgates realizados nas décadas de 1980-90, na bacia do rio Araguari, Minas Gerais, se constituem em uma expressiva coleção que não recebeu tratamento e destinação adequados. Um grande esforço coletivo está permitindo, porém, a realização de algumas reflexões dessa coleção em relação a um trabalho transdisciplinar para a constituição do MAnA-UFU. Para ilustrar esse esforço, neste artigo o exercício será de, por um lado, cotejar parte desse material com fontes documentais; e, por outro, indicar os possíveis diálogos e apropriações de acervos musealizados por parte das populações indígenas atuais.
